Full-text submission paper format template

Submission

1. Please ask the author to complete the submission in the peer review system and upload the first draft of the paper in WORD and PDF format.

2. After submitting the manuscript, please recommend two reviewers in the same research field but not in the same work unit to the mailbox of the Organizing Committee: ameeconfer@163.com. The sending format is: article number+reviewer name+unit+email address;

After sending, the review results will be returned to the author within 1-2 weeks.

3. For the accepted articles, improve the articles according to the feedback from the employment notice email, and send the final draft file to the mailbox of the Organizing Committee: ameeconfer@163.com.

4. After receiving the final draft, the organizing committee will arrange for another review, and will send a registration confirmation email after it is confirmed. Please complete your registration payment as soon as possible after verifying that the amount is correct. (Manuscripts that are not registered within the time limit or whose authors have lost contact will be returned.)

5. It is strongly recommended that the author add the wechat of the organizing committee for timely communication. AMEE conference group 189 7136 4665

Manuscript

1. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. Incomplete or published manuscript cannot be accepted.

2. Submitted papers should be written in English Only, with a minimum length limit of 5 printed pages (about 2,000 words), including all the figures, references, and appendices.

3. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

4. There is an additional charge (400 yuan) for the paper exceed 6 pages.

5. All the papers submitted should be in MS Word file and an identical PDF file.

6. Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) is strongly prohibited. Paper originality will be checked for several times during the review process and before publication. If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected. 

Review

1. It will be peer reviewing with all participants. Please inform us of your recommended reviewers by e-mail (ameeconfer@163.com), who will be evaluated by the conference team. 

(Requirements: 2-3 reviewers who need to be from different organizations than the authors of the manuscript, and their fields of specialization are related. If there are suitable reviewers, you need to provide their e-mail address, name, title, organization and research interests.)

2. AMEE2025 incorporates a rigorous review process, empowered by a fully review assignment system that analyzes the submitted manuscripts and the representative publications of TPC members and our reviewers, and matches the submissions to their expertise and interests. All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from TPC members and our reviewers. Common sense and careful writing will greatly assist. Papers that do not meet our submission policy will not be reviewed and will be rejected outright.

3. All submitted conference papers will be peer reviewed by at least two competent reviewers.
